What we collect

The details you enter in our forms: name, position, email, phone, company details and your answers. We do not ask for identity documents, passport copies or bank details on this website.

Why we use it

To answer your message, to review distributor applications, to contact you and, if we work together, to prepare an agreement. Legal basis: steps before a contract and your consent (KVKK article 5, GDPR article 6).

Who receives it

Our team only. Our website, email and customer-database providers process the data for us; some of their servers may be outside Türkiye, which you accept with your consent (KVKK article 9). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Applications that do not lead to an agreement are deleted after two years. Messages are kept as long as needed to answer them and for our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to [email protected] (KVKK article 11, GDPR articles 15-21).
